Bulk geochemical data of black shales in Western Canada: End-Devonian Period

The Western Canada Sedimentary Basin hosts a sequence of balck laminated mudrocks deposits that were formed during the Devonian-Carboniferous period. This dataset comprises stratigraphic and geographic bulk carbon and nitrogen isotopic data from 20 locations, as well as trace element and Rock eval pyrolysis data.
