Taking 'micro Tom' tomato as the test material, the water culture method was used to simulate the low iron environment, and Exogenous Spd was sprayed on the leaves as the regulatory substance to study the molecular response mechanism of Tomato Seedlings under low iron stress, which provided a theoretical basis for the regulation of tomato low iron tolerance based on Exogenous Spd.

本研究以‘Micro-Tom’番茄为试验材料,采用水培法模拟低铁环境,以喷施于叶片的外源亚精胺(Exogenous Spd)作为调控物质,探究低铁胁迫下番茄幼苗的分子响应机制,可为基于外源亚精胺调控番茄耐低铁特性提供理论依据。
