This data set contains 41,432 islet cells from three adult non-diabetic human islet donors (two female, one male) sequenced using 10X Genomics Chromium. Overall design: Pancreases were retrieved from three adult, non-diabetic, human donors and islets were isolated. After culture, islets were dissociated into single cells and sent for scRNA-seq analysis.

本数据集包含来自3名成年非糖尿病人类胰岛供体（2名女性，1名男性）的41432个胰岛细胞，所有样本均通过10X Genomics Chromium平台完成测序。实验整体设计概述如下：从3名成年非糖尿病人类供体中获取胰腺组织并分离胰岛；经体外培养后，将胰岛解离为单细胞悬液，随后进行单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-seq）分析。
