RNAseq analysis of the mouse aorta in response to Estradiol, Estetrol and Tamoxifen

Aim: To compare the transcriptional responses to estradiol, estetrol and tamoxifen in the mouse descending aorta Descending thoracic aortaes mRNA profiles of 3 weeks treated wild type mice with estradiol, estetrol or tamoxifen, were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina NovaSeq sequencer

研究目的：比较雌二醇（estradiol）、雌四醇（estetrol）与他莫昔芬（tamoxifen）对小鼠降主动脉的转录应答反应。本数据集采用Illumina NovaSeq测序仪进行深度测序，获取了经雌二醇、雌四醇或他莫昔芬处理3周的野生型小鼠胸降主动脉的mRNA表达谱。
