METHODOLOGY OF ORGANIZING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION BASED ON A COMPETENCY-BASED APPROACH

This article highlights the theoretical and methodological foundations of applying a competency-based approach in the primary education process. It analyzes the issues of forming key competencies in students, using interactive methods, integrating educational content with real-life situations, and increasing lesson effectiveness. It is scientifically substantiated that education organized on the basis of a competency-based approach contributes to the development of students’ independent thinking, problem-solving skills, and readiness for practical activities.本文阐述了初等教育进程中应用能力本位教学路径（competency-based approach）的理论与方法论基础。本文分析了学生核心素养培育过程中的相关议题，包括互动教学方法的运用、教育内容与真实生活情境的融合，以及课堂教学实效的提升等方面。经科学论证，以能力本位教学路径为依托开展的教育活动，有助于培养学生的独立思维能力、问题解决技能以及实践活动参与素养。
