Present study, we have studied the effect of long term cropping system on microbial community of soil. Here we are cultivating onion for several years in two croping system( soybean- onion and maize-onion).本研究探究了长期耕作制度对土壤微生物群落的影响。本研究在两种耕作体系（大豆-洋葱轮作与玉米-洋葱轮作）中连续多年种植洋葱。
