Rice NF-YC11 is a transcription factor that plays a key regulatory role in storage substance accumulation during rice grain filling. To reveal the transcription regulatory network of NF-YC11 in rice, we performed genome-wide identification of NF-YC11 targets by immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) analyses in the NF-YC11-overexpression plants. Genome-wide identification binding sites of NF-YC11 in rice endosperm. Examination of 7 days after pollination (DAP) NF-YC11-FLAG rice endosperm with FLAG antibody and Input seres as control.

水稻NF-YC11是一种转录因子,在水稻籽粒灌浆期的贮藏物质积累过程中发挥关键调控作用。为解析水稻NF-YC11的转录调控网络,本研究针对NF-YC11过表达植株开展免疫沉淀测序(immunoprecipitation sequencing,ChIP-seq)分析,实现全基因组水平的NF-YC11靶标鉴定,并完成了水稻胚乳中NF-YC11的全基因组结合位点鉴定。本研究以授粉后7天(days after pollination,简称DAP)的NF-YC11-FLAG水稻胚乳为实验材料,采用FLAG抗体进行检测,并以Input样本作为对照。
