本数据集旨在探究L-阿拉伯糖（L-arabinose）对大肠杆菌（E. coli）O157:H7 TUV93-0基因表达的调控作用。其中对照组（CTRL）样本在不含L-阿拉伯糖的培养基中培养，实验组（ARA）样本在含L-阿拉伯糖的培养基中培养。整体实验设计如下：设置3次独立生物学重复，分别在含或不含L-阿拉伯糖的条件下培养样本，共计6个样本。
