Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of normal and ascending aorta tissue samples from normal and aortic dissection patients. The Illumina Infinium 450k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 485,512 CpGs in ascending aorta tissue samples. Samples included 4 normal donors and 4 patients with aortic dissection. 本数据集针对健康个体与主动脉夹层患者的正常升主动脉组织样本开展全基因组DNA甲基化谱分析。实验采用Illumina Infinium 450k人类DNA甲基化芯片(Illumina Infinium 450k Human DNA methylation Beadchip),对升主动脉组织样本中约485,512个CpG位点(CpG)的DNA甲基化谱进行检测。本次研究共纳入8份组织样本,其中包含4名健康供体与4名主动脉夹层患者。实验整体设计:将8份样本经亚硫酸氢盐转化得到的DNA,与Illumina Infinium 450k人类甲基化芯片进行杂交。
