Zeid Zwain Clinic Prediabetes Registry

These are my clinic datasite in Najaf/ Iraq for patients diagnosed with prediabetes on the basis of HbA1C of 5.7 - 6.4 from 2022 to 2026. I already started mangement for all of them. I will follow them regularly and will update this dataset.本数据集为伊拉克纳杰夫市的临床数据集，涵盖2022年至2026年间，依据糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）水平处于5.7至6.4区间被诊断为糖尿病前期（prediabetes）的患者相关信息。本人已为全部入组患者启动临床管理流程，后续将定期对患者进行随访，并持续更新该数据集。
