Data set of expert opinion on how Pacific and Caribbean corals will (1) respond to a two month temperature anomaly during solar insolation max based on certain coral phenotypes: morphology, heterotrophy, tissue thickness, distance between corallites, calcification rate, large size, corallite size, association with clade D, and skeletal structure. (2) Coral recovery after 10yrs from this thermal anomaly specifically looking at sexual recruitment, density of recruitment, asexual recruitment, colony regrowth, and calcification rate. (3) Coral resilience after 10yrs from this thermal anomaly.
本数据集为专家意见数据集,内容围绕太平洋与加勒比珊瑚的温度响应与恢复展开,具体分为以下三部分:
(1) 基于特定珊瑚表型(coral phenotypes),解析珊瑚在太阳辐射峰值期(solar insolation max)遭遇为期两个月的温度异常时的响应模式;所涉及的珊瑚表型包括:形态特征、异养营养方式(heterotrophy)、组织厚度、珊瑚单体(corallite)间距、钙化速率(calcification rate)、个体大型化特征、珊瑚单体尺寸、与D类群(clade D)的共生关联以及骨骼结构。
