FACS sorted 4 bulk cell population from mouse femur (P6) were subjected to RNA sequencing. The samples were periosteal stem cell (PSC), progenitor population type 1 (PP1), progenitor population 2 (PP2) and CTSK-mGFP negative mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). The aim of this project was to obtain Differentially expressed gene list for each cell types as well as compare transcriptinal profile between each population.
本研究对出生后第6日(P6)小鼠股骨的4个经荧光激活细胞分选术(Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS)分选的批量细胞群体开展了RNA测序。所分析的样本涵盖骨膜干细胞(Periosteal Stem Cell, PSC)、1型祖细胞群体(Progenitor Population Type 1, PP1)、2型祖细胞群体(Progenitor Population Type 2, PP2)以及CTSK-mGFP阴性间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cell, MSC)。本项目旨在获取各细胞类型的差异表达基因列表,并比较各细胞群体间的转录组谱。
