µCT series of Gigandidas childressi pediveliger (M101)

SRµCT scan of an aposymbiotic Bathymodiolus childressi pediveliger. The mussel was sampled at the Mississippi Canyon 853 (28.123 N; -89.139 E) at 1071 m water depth in 2015. The mussel was fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde stored in PHEM-buffer. The sample was scanned at the DESY in Hamburg Germany.

本数据集为无共生体奇尔德里斯深海贻贝（Bathymodiolus childressi）面盘幼体的同步辐射微计算机断层扫描（SRµCT）数据。该样本于2015年采自水深1071米的密西西比峡谷853海域，坐标为北纬28.123°、西经89.139°。样本采用2.5%戊二醛固定并保存于PHEM缓冲液中，随后在德国汉堡的德国电子同步加速器研究所（DESY）完成扫描。
