To explore the mechanisms of AML chemoresistance, we selected a representative human acute monocytic leukemia cell line, THP-1, and exposed it to progressively increasing concentrations of the typical chemotherapeutic drug Cytarabine until it replicated at the same rate as untreated parental cells. To explore the changes in the expression levels of relevant regulatory factors in drug-resistant cells, we performed transcriptome sequencing.
为探究急性髓系白血病(Acute Myeloid Leukemia)的化疗耐药机制,本研究选取代表性人急性单核细胞白血病细胞系THP-1,将其置于逐步递增浓度的经典化疗药物阿糖胞苷(Cytarabine)环境中培养,直至其增殖速率与未处理的亲本细胞保持一致。为探究耐药细胞中相关调控因子的表达水平变化,本研究开展了转录组测序。
