CHAF LD values

D', r², and partial correlation values for the CHAF hybrid population. Files beginning with "mt1_results" are the LD values for each AIM in the population. Files with "avgd-prime" average these individual LD values (for D' and r²) for any AIMs belonging to the same gene.
