Frequency and plasma resistin for each haplotype defined by RETN SNP-420 and SNP-358 genotypes were estimated by SNPstats [29]. Estimated differences of plasma resistin compared to a reference haplotype, C-G, are shown in each haplotype.

由RETN基因的SNP-420与SNP-358基因型所定义的各单倍型（haplotype）的频率及血浆抵抗素水平，经SNPstats软件[29]估算得到。以参考单倍型C-G为参照，各单倍型对应的血浆抵抗素估算差值均已在对应单倍型中呈现。
