Consequence of knock down of CBX7 in multiple cell lines

We conduct an experiment where CBX7 is knocked down in 4 different cell lines: A549, H1299, K562 and THP-1. After culturing these cell lines for three days with or without knockdown of CBX7, we then perform RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to assess the impact. 3 controls vs. 3 cases in each cell lines

本研究开展一项实验，在A549、H1299、K562与THP-1共4种不同细胞系中对CBX7基因进行敲低处理。将上述细胞系分别在存在CBX7敲低与不存在CBX7敲低的条件下培养3天后，采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术评估CBX7敲低产生的影响。每种细胞系均设置3个对照组与3个实验组。
