We performed multiregion whole exome sequencing of a total of 37 samples from five consecutive patients (normal tissue, n=5; primary tumors, n=16; tumor thrombi, n=16) to >35-fold target coverage. Matching primary tumor and venous tumor thrombus samples were analyzed. Four patients had a clear cell RCC, one patient had a poorly differentiated type II papillary RCC (RCC-VTT-04). The latter patient had a friable thrombus, the others were of solid consistency.EGA dataset EGAD00001004887

我们对5例连续入组患者的共计37份样本开展多区域全外显子组测序（multiregion whole exome sequencing），样本包括正常组织样本5份（n=5）、原发肿瘤样本16份（n=16）以及肿瘤血栓样本16份（n=16），所有样本的目标区域测序覆盖度均不低于35倍。本研究对匹配的原发肿瘤与静脉肿瘤血栓样本进行了分析。其中4例患者罹患透明细胞肾细胞癌（clear cell RCC），剩余1例患者患有低分化II型乳头状肾细胞癌（RCC-VTT-04）。该例患者的血栓质地脆弱，其余患者的血栓均呈实体性。本数据集为EGA数据集EGAD00001004887。
