Survey: questionnaire to suppliers in the agricultural and food supply chain on unfair trading practices (UTPs) - 3rd wave

On 17 April 2019, the European Parliament and the Council adopted Directive (EU) 2019/633 on unfair trading practices (UTPs) in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain. The EU Member States were required to transpose the Directive into their national legal framework by the 1st May 2021 and apply it six months later. To assess the effectiveness of measures taken by Member States in the context of this Directive, the Commission is conducting annual surveys.

This survey by the Joint Research Centre and the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission is carried out across all Member States and it targets suppliers covered by the Directive at the different stages of the agricultural and food supply chain.

2019年4月17日，欧洲议会与欧盟理事会正式通过《关于农业和食品供应链中企业间不正当贸易行为（unfair trading practices, UTPs）的（EU）2019/633号指令》。欧盟成员国需于2021年5月1日前将该指令转化为本国国内法律框架，并于六个月后正式施行该指令。为评估各成员国在此指令框架下所采取措施的实施成效，欧盟委员会正开展年度跟踪调查。
本次调查由欧盟委员会联合研究中心（Joint Research Centre）与农业与农村发展总司（Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development）联合实施，覆盖所有欧盟成员国，调查对象为农业和食品供应链各环节中受该指令规制的供应商。
