The data was collected for a study to examine the relationship among time management, job satisfaction, and job burnout among medical crews in Jordan during COVID-19 pandemic. The dataset was collected toward the end of the 2021 year. Such that, an electronic questionnaire was hosted on Google forms and put out seeking responses from medical crews in Jordan. The invitation letters to participate in the questionnaires were distributed via social networks of medical crews in Jordan. Seven hundred and thirty-seven participants responded to the questionnaire The first part of the questionnaire sought demographic information about participants. The second part of the questionnaire sought data about the following factors Time management - Setting goals and priorities (SGAP), Time management – Mechanics (Mech), Job burnout - Emotional exhaustion (EE), and Job satisfaction (JS). All constructs were operationalized using validated items from prior research. Time management - Setting goals and priorities (SGAP), Time management – Mechanics (Mech), and Job burnout - Emotional exhaustion (EE) were operationalized using a 5-point frequency rating scale ranging from 1 (“Very seldom”) to 5 (“Very often”). Job satisfaction (JS) was operationalized using a 5-point Likert scale from 1 (“strongly disagree”) to 5 (“strongly agree”). The questionnaire is provided with the files. Structural equation modelling approach, in R language version 4.0.1, was applied to analyze the data for the model. Also, R language version 4.0.1 was used to calculate descriptive statistics for the data. R code file is provided with the files.

本数据集采集自一项研究,旨在探讨2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情期间约旦医疗人员的时间管理、工作满意度与职业倦怠三者间的关联。数据集采集于2021年年末。研究采用谷歌表单(Google Forms)搭建电子问卷并面向约旦医疗人员发放调研,调研邀请通过约旦医疗人员的社交网络进行分发,最终回收有效问卷737份。问卷第一部分用于收集受访者的人口统计学信息,第二部分则采集以下维度的数据:时间管理-目标设定与优先级排序(Time management - Setting goals and priorities, SGAP)、时间管理-机制规范(Time management – Mechanics, Mech)、职业倦怠-情绪衰竭(Job burnout - Emotional exhaustion, EE)以及工作满意度(Job satisfaction, JS)。所有观测构念均采用既往研究中经过验证的题项进行量化。其中,时间管理-目标设定与优先级排序、时间管理-机制规范以及职业倦怠-情绪衰竭均采用1(“极少如此”)至5(“极常如此”)的5频度量表进行评分;工作满意度则采用1(“完全不同意”)至5(“完全同意”)的5点李克特(Likert)量表进行评分。本问卷的完整题项已随数据集文件一并提供。本研究采用R语言4.0.1版本实现结构方程建模分析,并使用同一版本的R语言计算数据的描述性统计量,对应的R代码文件已随数据集文件一并提供。
