Evolutionary analysis of transient receptor potential (TRP) channels in notothenioid fishes

This dataset contains accessions, sequences, trees, input, and output files in support of the evolutionary analysis of TRP channels in notothenioid fishes. Sequence files are in provided in fasta format, aligned and unaligned, and both protein and mRNA. Tree files are in newick format.
