To identificate long noncoding RNAs in maize, we profiled transcriptome of shoots and roots using non-directional paired-end RNA-seq based on poly(A) selection. Overall design: Transcriptom profiling in maize shoots and roots.为鉴定玉米中的长链非编码RNA（long noncoding RNAs），我们基于聚腺苷酸（poly(A)）选择策略，采用非定向双端RNA测序技术对玉米茎和根的转录组进行了测序分析。实验设计：对玉米茎与根的转录组开展测序表征。
