To gain insight into the molecular mechanism of summer diapause, high-throughput sequencing was utilized in pre-diapause, diapause, and post-diapausing G. daurica . A total of 82292 unigenes were assembled using the Illumina HiSeq2500 platform. Through pairwise comparisons, 3099 and 81 significantly regulated transcripts were identified between pre-and diapause and diapause and post-diapause insects.
为阐明夏季滞育的分子机制,本研究应用高通量测序技术,对滞前期、滞育期及滞后期的G. daurica展开分析。依托Illumina HiSeq2500测序平台,共组装得到82292个单基因簇(unigenes)。通过两两比较分析,分别在滞前期与滞育期、滞育期与滞后期的样本中鉴定出3099个和81个显著差异表达转录本(transcripts)。
