技術司107年度優化我國產業科技創新政策規劃與治理研究計畫

根據科專政策研究與管理綱要計畫「主軸1-3全球創新環境掃描」(研析各國科研推動策略，提供現行科專規劃執行機制檢討與建議)，本計畫以產業研發創新系統指標觀測為基礎、以全球產業科技研發與創新趨勢觀察及產業數位轉型政策作法與個案為研究主題，提供優化產業科技創新政策治理過程中所需的資訊、參考意見、及國際連結平台。相關研究與支援服務工作包括：1.產業研發創新系統動態分析與國際評比、2.全球產業科技研發與創新趨勢觀察、3.產業數位轉型政策作法與個案研究、4.國際創新政策機構/智庫連結、5.幕僚支援服務。

Based on the National Science and Technology Special Program Policy Research and Management Outline Project's "Theme 1-3: Global Innovation Environment Scanning" (which analyzes the scientific research promotion strategies of various countries and provides reviews and suggestions for the current planning and implementation mechanisms of science and technology special programs), this project takes the observation of industrial R&D and innovation system indicators as its foundation, takes the observation of global industrial science and technology R&D and innovation trends, as well as policy practices and cases of industrial digital transformation as its core research themes, and provides necessary information, reference opinions, and international connection platforms for optimizing the policy governance process of industrial scientific and technological innovation. The relevant research and support services include: 1. Dynamic analysis and international comparison of industrial R&D and innovation systems; 2. Observation of global industrial science and technology R&D and innovation trends; 3. Policy practices and case studies of industrial digital transformation; 4. Connections with international innovation policy institutions/think tanks; 5. Staff support services.
