We sought to identify the altered expression of lineage specific markers including Gata1, Epor, Klf1, Tal1, Lmo2, Rag1, Ebf1, Irf8 and Csf2ra upon Atad3a deletion in the lineage negative cells Overall design: Total RNA isolated from control (Atad3afl/fl) and Atad3a deletion (Atad3afl/flMx1Cre) lineage negative cells was analyzed by illumina mouse WG-6 V2 array. Each group has two replicates.

总体实验设计：从对照组（Atad3afl/fl）与Atad3a敲除组（Atad3afl/flMx1Cre）的谱系阴性细胞中分离总RNA，通过因美纳（Illumina）小鼠全基因组WG-6 V2表达芯片完成检测分析。每组设置两个重复样本。
