MS Gradient

Cortical parcellations were defined using the Desikan-Killiany (DK) atlas with 1,533 sub-regions, which had approximately equal surface areas. The template was mapped onto an individual surface to extract the morphological features in each parcellation. Morphometric features included surface area, cortical thickness, gray matter, gauss curvature, and mean curvature.
