Marine sediments were collected from the Liao River Estuary, Bohai Sea, and Yellow Sea, and three synthetic microbial consortia (WY, DH, and PQ) capable of crude oil degradation were enriched from the sediments, respectively, under laboratory conditions. Microbial community dynamics were analyzed at 0, 90, 180, 270, and 360 days using the high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA amplicons.
本研究从辽河口、渤海及黄海海域采集海洋沉积物,并分别从上述各海域的沉积物中富集得到三株具备原油降解能力的合成微生物菌群(WY、DH与PQ),所有富集操作均在实验室条件下开展。随后,采用16S rRNA扩增子高通量测序技术,对培养第0、90、180、270及360天时的微生物群落动态变化进行分析。
