Dataset of 3D files of the frontal sinuses of fossil (<em>Eucyon</em>) and extant Canidae (<em>Canis</em>, <em>Vulpes</em>, <em>Lupulella</em>, <em>Lycaon</em>), for Diffeomorphic surface matching analyses of the article Frosali et al.
