Depth Interviews with UK GP regarding Burnout and spiritual health

In-depth interview study of volunteer UK GPs with self-declared personal experience of burnout, to explore the relationship between burnout and spiritual health already identified through quantitative work, and to answer the following research questions: What are the underlying predisposing, precipitating, perpetuating and protective spiritual health factors in GP burnout? How do the phenomena of GP spiritual health and GP burnout interact? Could this interaction lead to lower predisposing, precipitating and perpetuating, or greater protective factors for burnout in GPs?

本研究针对英国志愿全科医生（General Practitioners, GP）开展深度访谈，受访对象均自称存在职业倦怠（burnout）的个人经历，旨在探究经定量研究已探明的职业倦怠与精神健康（spiritual health）之间的关联，并解答以下研究问题：全科医生职业倦怠情境下存在哪些潜在的易感、触发、持续维持及保护性精神健康相关因素？全科医生的精神健康与职业倦怠这两种现象之间如何相互作用？此种相互作用是否会导致全科医生职业倦怠的易感、触发及持续因素程度减轻，或是强化其保护性因素的作用？
