电子学测量仪器在信息技术、新材料技术、航空航天技术等高新技术领域有着广泛应用。本报告介绍了任意波形发生器、任意序列发生器以及锁相放大器三种高端电子学测量仪器的研制开发、测试以及产业转化成果等内容。首先,报告综述了任意波形发生器、任意序列发生器以及锁相放大器的研制意义以及国内外发展情况。之后,报告分别介绍了任意波形发生器、任意序列发生器以及锁相放大器的原理、技术路线、设计过程以及关键技术指标的测试情况。所实现的关键技术指标包括,任意波形发生器采样率4 Gsps,垂直分辨率14-bit;任意序列发生器时间精度优于5 ps;锁相放大器垂直分辨率16-bit,带宽达到70 MHz,采样率达到300 Msps。
Electronic measuring instruments are widely used in high-tech fields such as information technology, new materials technology, and aerospace technology. This report introduces the research and development, testing, and industrial transformation achievements of three high-end electronic measuring instruments: arbitrary waveform generators, arbitrary sequence generators, and lock-in amplifiers. First, the report summarizes the research significance and domestic and international development status of these three instruments. Subsequently, the report separately introduces their principles, technical routes, design processes, and the testing status of their key technical indicators. The achieved key technical indicators are as follows: the arbitrary waveform generator has a sampling rate of 4 Gsps and a vertical resolution of 14-bit; the arbitrary sequence generator has a time accuracy better than 5 ps; the lock-in amplifier has a vertical resolution of 16-bit, a bandwidth of 70 MHz, and a sampling rate of 300 Msps.
