Polysome-profiling of IL4 or INFG polarized BMDMs

BMDMs from naïve female FVB mice were used to generate BMDMs which were polarized for 4 hours using either INFG or IL4. These were subjected to polysome-profiling. Polarized BMDMs were generated and their translatomes and transcriptomes were compared using polysome-profiling本研究以未致敏雌性FVB小鼠的骨髓源性巨噬细胞（Bone Marrow-derived Macrophages, BMDMs）为起始材料，采用干扰素γ（Interferon Gamma, IFNG）或白细胞介素4（Interleukin 4, IL4）分别诱导其极化4小时，随后对极化后的巨噬细胞开展多聚核糖体谱分析（Polysome Profiling）。本研究构建了极化状态的BMDMs模型，并通过多聚核糖体谱分析比较了不同极化表型巨噬细胞的翻译组与转录组差异。
