Secreted larval antigens from N. brasiliensis

In this study, we performed mass spectrometry of secreted proteins from infective N. brasiliensis (Nb) L3 stage larvae (NES) to identify new antigens with the potential to elicit protective immunity against Nb infection. Also, immune serum of Nb infected mice was used to precipitate NES antigen.

本研究针对感染性巴西日圆线虫（Nippostrongylus brasiliensis, Nb）第三期幼虫（L3）的分泌蛋白（NES）开展质谱分析，以鉴定具备抗Nb感染保护性免疫潜能的新型抗原。同时，本研究利用Nb感染小鼠的免疫血清对NES抗原实施免疫沉淀实验。
