Real time PCR array for cancer inflamation and immunity on mice with liver metastasis treated with miR-122 delivery vs miRNC delivery

This experiment was done to compare cancer inflamation and immunity profile between liver tissues of mice with liver metastasis which treated with miR-122 delivery compared with those treated with miRNC delivery as control. 本实验旨在对比经miR-122递送（miR-122 delivery）处理的肝转移小鼠肝组织，与作为对照的经miRNC递送（miRNC delivery）处理的小鼠肝组织的癌症炎症与免疫特征谱。本实验采用覆盖癌症炎症与免疫互作通路的84基因RT-PCR芯片（RT PCR array）进行检测，将5份来自miR-122处理的肝转移小鼠的RNA重复样本，与5份来自miRNC对照处理小鼠的RNA重复样本开展比对分析。
