Five bacterial isolates originating from human oral and gut samples (Escherichia coli K12 (ATCC 25404), Enterococcus faecalis (SF24397), Prevotella intermedia (ATCC 25611), Bacteroides fragilis (32-6-I 11 MRS AN), and Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis (ATCC 15697)) were incubated together in a mock community under anaerobic conditions in vitro with a thymidine analogue (5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine) to fluorescently label newly replicated bacteria. The sequences provided here belong to the mock community after incubation and sorting of labelled and unlabelled cells.
本研究选取5株分别源自人类口腔与肠道样本的细菌分离株,具体包括大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)K12(ATCC 25404)、粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)SF24397、中间普氏菌(Prevotella intermedia)ATCC 25611、脆弱拟杆菌(Bacteroides fragilis)32-6-I 11 MRS AN以及婴儿长双歧杆菌婴儿亚种(Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis)ATCC 15697;将上述菌株共同置于体外厌氧条件下的人工模拟群落中,以胸苷类似物5-乙炔基-2'-脱氧尿苷(5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine)对新复制的细菌进行荧光标记。本数据集提供的序列,均来自完成孵育步骤并完成标记细胞与未标记细胞分选后的该人工模拟群落。
