Whole Genome Sequencing of six Borrelia recurrentis strains

The main objective of this project is to examine the genomic variability of six B. recurrentis strains isolated over over a period of 18 years with next generation sequencing techniques to deepen our understanding of this pathogen and provide valuable information necessary for the development of new typing tools.

本项目的核心目标为：采用下一代测序（next generation sequencing）技术，对18年间分离获得的六株回归热疏螺旋体（B. recurrentis）的基因组变异特征展开探究，以深化对该病原体的认知，并为新型分型工具的研发提供必要的关键信息。
