Real time domestic traffic into/out of Wuhan during chunyun

Real time daily heat index during 2020 chunyun. The conversion factor based on OTG calibrated historical Tencent mobility data is 138,412.0099 individuals per one unit of the heat index. Direction code 0 represents outbound traffic, and 1 represents inbound traffic.

本数据集涵盖2020年春运期间的每日实时热指数（heat index）。基于经OTG校准的Tencent历史移动数据计算得到的转换系数为：每1个热指数单位对应138,412.0099名出行人员。方向编码0代表出城客流，1代表入城客流。
