Occupational violence in the nursing staff: analysis in the light of the knowledge produced

ABSTRACT Health institutions suffer from the consequences of the forms of labor organization and society, including the occupational violence directed at nursing workers. This study is an integrative literature review that treats the interface of violence as occupational risk among nursing workers. Fifteen scientific articles were selected for content analysis, which resulted in the grouping of three categories. It was concluded that the violence in nursing work seems to tend to a delimited profile. Moral harassment should be a focus on leadership actions, in order to achieve the changes in the work process that favor the protection of victims.

摘要：医疗机构深受劳动组织模式与社会环境带来的诸多负面影响，其中包括针对护理人员的职业暴力。本研究为整合性文献综述（integrative literature review），聚焦护理人员职业暴力这一职业风险议题。本次研究选取15篇学术论文开展内容分析（content analysis），最终归纳出三大研究类别。研究结论显示，护理工作场景中的暴力行为呈现出明确的特征轮廓。应将精神骚扰（moral harassment）作为管理行动的重点关注方向，以推动工作流程优化，切实保障暴力受害者的合法权益。
