Test instances for analysing the solution procedure

This dataset includes all instances used in the analysis of the solution procedure developed to solve the joint optimization of bin location, allocation, type selection, and collection frequency under stochastic waste generation. The following code for file naming is used: <number of nodes>.<number of bin types>.<instance number>.本数据集包含了用于分析所开发求解流程的全部算例，该求解流程旨在解决随机垃圾产生场景下垃圾箱位置（bin location）、分配、类型选择与收集频率的联合优化问题。本次采用的文件命名规则如下：<节点数量>.<垃圾箱类型数量>.<算例编号>。
