A thermal vacuum environment simulation test equipment during the verification program design and evaluation of results

At present, the period verification program of vacuum measurement standard device and temperature test chamber is relatively common, and the program for the period verification of thermal vacuum environment simulation equipment has not been reported. In order to ensure the confidence of the calibration or verification status of thermal vacuum environment simulation test equipment, this paper proposes a period verification program for the thermal vacuum environment simulation equipment with reference to the inter-laboratory comparison method. With reference to the calibration specification of the ionization vacuum gauge and the test method of the temperature test equipment, the program measures the vacuum and temperature values in the thermal vacuum environment equipment, and evaluates the uncertainty of the measurement results, and finally evaluates the verification results by the EN value judgement method, which shows that the program is scientific and effective, and it provides a reference for the quality control of the laboratory.
当前,真空测量标准装置(vacuum measurement standard device)与温度试验箱(temperature test chamber)的周期检定程序已较为普及,但热真空环境模拟设备(thermal vacuum environment simulation equipment)的周期检定程序尚未见公开报道。为保障热真空环境模拟试验设备校准或检定状态的置信度,本文参考实验室间比对方法(inter-laboratory comparison method),提出了适用于该类设备的周期检定程序。本程序参考电离真空计(ionization vacuum gauge)校准规范及温度试验设备的测试方法,对热真空环境模拟设备内的真空度与温度值进行测量,并对测量结果开展不确定度评定,最终采用EN值判定法(EN value judgement method)对检定结果进行评价。结果表明,该程序科学有效,可为实验室的质量管控提供参考依据。
