Snapshot dataset behind the Lighting Docket Watch (https://darksky-dockets.straitresearch.org), part of the Strait Research Dark-Sky Advocacy Suite. Regulations.gov API v4 was searched on 2026-10-24 with a documented term set ('light pollution', 'dark sky', 'night sky', 'exterior lighting', 'outdoor lighting', 'street lighting', 'observatory', 'LED lighting', plus 'lighting' restricted to BLM, NPS, FWS, FS, GSA, DOD) over a coverage window of documents posted 2024-10-24 through 2026-10-24 plus anything still open for comment on 2026-10-24. Of 3,756 raw term hits (1,781 unique records), 5 met the stated inclusion rule (1 open for comment, 4 closed); 1,776 were excluded and are included here with exclusion reasons.
