This series contains the minutes of the InfoMet Pty Ltd Board. Infomet Pty Ltd was a wholly owned subsidiary of Integral Energy Australia. The purpose of the Board was to oversee the function of the metering business of Infomet. Maintaining Infomet as a separate entity had significantly diminished in 2002. Subsequently the Board was deregistered on 1 July 2002 and the function of Infomet was incorporated into Integral Energy
