The peptides of BAK1 identified by PsTry1 IP-MS

The entire soybean protein database was matched in the original file "23NP41030002-hefeng" to identify all candidate interacting proteins. "nb83-22.6.9" and "NbPsTry1M-22.6.8" are mass spectrometry data from N. benthamiana. At the same time, GmBAK1, GmBAK1 like and NbBAK1 were searched specifically in the raw data.

本研究在原始文件“23NP41030002-合丰”中，通过全大豆蛋白质数据库比对以鉴定所有候选互作蛋白。“nb83-22.6.9”与“NbPsTry1M-22.6.8”均为本氏烟草（Nicotiana benthamiana）的质谱数据。同时，在原始数据中针对GmBAK1、类GmBAK1及NbBAK1进行了特异性检索。
