This study was designed to evaluate the microbiota-associated effects when sterilizing the chorion of zebrafish embryos prior to raising them under conventional settings. This study will provide information regarding husbandry practices when performing microbiota-related research in zebrafish larvae, as well as lend information to the effects of early-life exposure to particular microbes.

本研究旨在评估于常规饲养环境中培育斑马鱼胚胎前，对其绒毛膜（chorion）实施灭菌处理所产生的微生物群（microbiota）相关效应。本研究将为开展斑马鱼幼体的微生物群相关研究时的饲养管理操作规范提供参考依据，同时也可为早期生命阶段暴露于特定微生物所产生的效应提供相关研究数据。
