本研究针对足月采集的婴儿胎盘组织开展全基因组羟甲基化分析。所有样本均来源于罗德岛儿童健康研究（RhodeIsland Child Health Study, RICHS）队列。实验设计概要：将经亚硫酸氢盐及氧化性亚硫酸氢盐转化的DNA与450K甲基化芯片平台进行杂交，实验处理由明尼苏达大学基因组核心实验室完成。
