Heart tissues of Tnip3-TG and WT mice after TAC surgery for 4 weeks

Changes of gene expression profiles in the heart tissues of Tnip3-TG and WT mice after TAC surgery for 4 weeks were detected by RNA-seq.本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，检测了经主动脉弓缩窄（Transverse Aortic Constriction, TAC）手术造模4周后，Tnip3转基因（Tnip3-TG）小鼠与野生型（WT）小鼠的心脏组织基因表达谱变化。
