RNA sequencing for miRNA of Populus canadensis Zhongliao1 under freeze-thaw stress

We carried out a study on small RNA transcriptome sequencing of Populus euramericana under freeze-thaw stress, with the main target being microRNA. The samples were buds of poplar leaves from Populus canadensis Zhongliao1 and were collected in mid-November. The objective of this study is that small RNA regulates the response of target genes to freeze-thaw stress.

本研究针对冻融胁迫下的欧美杨（Populus euramericana）开展小RNA（small RNA）转录组测序分析，核心研究靶标为微小RNA（microRNA）。实验样品采自加拿大杨中辽1号的叶芽，采集时间为11月中旬。本研究旨在探究小RNA调控靶基因对冻融胁迫的响应。
