miRCURY LNA™ Universal RT microRNA PCR, Urine Exosome Focus Panel

qPCR-RT pre-designed plate to study miRNAs expression in urinary exosome from LN patients before and after treatment. We have included 14 LN patients. Of them, there is 7 LN patients with clinical response and 7 with no clinical response. qPCR gene expression profiling. We will compared LN patients with clinical response vs no clinical response before and after treatment. Four compartion will be designed: 1) Patients with clinical remission vs Patients with no clinical remission (before treatment); 2) Patients with clinical remission vs Patients with no clinical remission (after treatment); 3) Patients before vs after treatment (patients with clinical response); 4) Patients before vs after treatment (patients with no clinical response)

本数据集采用预设计的逆转录实时定量PCR（qPCR-RT）反应板，用于研究狼疮肾炎（Lupus Nephritis, LN）患者治疗前后尿液外泌体中的微小RNA（microRNAs, miRNAs）表达水平。本研究共纳入14例LN患者，其中7例表现为临床应答，7例无临床应答。实验采用qPCR基因表达谱分析技术，对治疗前后的临床应答型与无应答型LN患者进行对比分析，共设置4组对照：
1）治疗前临床缓解型患者与治疗前无临床缓解型患者；
2）治疗后临床缓解型患者与治疗后无临床缓解型患者；
3）临床应答型患者治疗前后对比；
4）无临床应答型患者治疗前后对比
