多重自由度耦合调控新型热电材料数据集

该数据集对应课题一研究内容（3）：多重自由度耦合调控新型热电材料。具体研究内容为：为了揭示多项热电参数内部的耦合机制，通过自由度的调控实现复杂热电参数的解耦，包含对多类热电材料体系解耦后的电导率、Seebeck系数、热扩散系数等测试结果以及对载流子迁移率、能带结构、声子谱等分析结果。

This dataset corresponds to Research Content (3) of Project 1: Novel Thermoelectric Materials Regulated via Multidegree-of-Freedom Coupling. The specific research content is as follows: To uncover the internal coupling mechanism among multiple thermoelectric parameters and achieve the decoupling of complex thermoelectric parameters through the regulation of degrees of freedom, this dataset includes test results such as electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, thermal diffusivity and other measured data after decoupling of various thermoelectric material systems, as well as analytical results such as carrier mobility, band structure and phonon spectrum.
