Daily air quality and meteorological measurementa for 9 cities in Fujian Province from 2015 to 2023

The daily numbers of reported ILI cases reported from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2023 were obtained from the National Influenza Center of China (CNIC). The dataset includes ILI surveillance data from 18 sentinel hospitals across nine cities in Fujian Province (Fuzhou, Longyan, Nanping, Ningde, Putian, Quanzhou, Sanming, Xiamen, and Zhangzhou), with 2 hospitals in each city. The surveillance content covers both epidemiological and etiological monitoring, with long–term continuous monitoring of ILI cases in outpatient and emergency departments, as well as the dynamic changes in the percentage of ILI cases among outpatient visits at sentinel hospitals.We also collected meteorological and air pollutants data from the nine cities of Fujian Province for the period from January from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2023. Air pollutants data was obtained from the China Air Quality Online Monitoring and Analysis Platform (https://www.aqistudy.cn/historydata/), which includes daily average concentrations of AQI, PM2.5 (μg/m³), PM10 (μg/m³), SO₂ (μg/m³), NO₂ (μg/m³), and O₃ (μg/m³). Meteorological data was sourced from the China Meteorological Data Service Center (http://data.cma.cn/), including daily average temperature (°C), wind speed (m/s), and daily accumulated rainfall (mm).2015年1月1日至2023年12月31日的每日流感样病例（Influenza-Like Illness, ILI）报告数，取自中国国家流感中心（National Influenza Center of China, CNIC）。本数据集涵盖福建省9个城市共18家哨点医院的流感样病例监测数据，每个城市设置2家哨点医院，涉及城市分别为福州、龙岩、南平、宁德、莆田、泉州、三明、厦门及漳州。监测内容涵盖流行病学与病原学监测，长期持续对门急诊的流感样病例开展监测，并动态跟踪哨点医院门诊中流感样病例占总就诊人数的比例变化。 同期还收集了福建省上述9个城市2015年1月1日至2023年12月31日的气象与大气污染物数据。大气污染物数据取自中国空气质量在线监测分析平台（https://www.aqistudy.cn/historydata/），包含空气质量指数（Air Quality Index, AQI）、PM2.5（μg/m³）、PM10（μg/m³）、二氧化硫（SO₂, μg/m³）、二氧化氮（NO₂, μg/m³）及臭氧（O₃, μg/m³）的日平均浓度。气象数据来源于中国气象数据服务中心（China Meteorological Data Service Center），涵盖日平均气温（℃）、风速（m/s）及日累计降雨量（mm）。
