CRISPR spacer database

This data file consists of a FASTA file containing all spacers in the CRISPR spacer database used for this publication. The name of each sequence describes the NC number of the species in which the CRISPR spacer is found, the number of the CRISPR locus in which it is found, and the number of the spacer within that CRISPR locus. The manuscript describes how this database was created.

本数据集文件包含一份FASTA格式文件（FASTA），收录了本论文所用CRISPR间隔序列数据库中的全部间隔序列。每条序列的名称包含三类信息：该CRISPR间隔序列所属物种的NC编号、其所在的CRISPR基因座编号，以及该CRISPR基因座内的间隔序列序号。本手稿详细阐述了该数据库的构建流程。
